Convention & Resolutions 101 - “What the Hell Is This Stuff?
Convention can feel confusing and overwhelming.
But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered … because we want workers to participate in their union. Unions should be places where open and honest discussion is a starting point for action. Where workers feel comfortable and included. It should be a space where we can work through problems together, disagree respectfully and also learn from each other. And we should be walking away, back to our locals and workplaces, with a real plan for action!
And from May 26 - 30 we’ll be in Toronto doing it together!
